We\’re on the lookout for an energetic and inspiring Product Team Leader to join the team. As a Product Team Leader, you will lead, inspire, and empower your store team to deliver an exceptional customer journey and foster a positive work environment. You will be an expert in product handling and will strive to improve the customer experience through excellent visual presentation and high-quality customer service. Supporting the Product and Commercial Manager, you will help develop the team and maintain operational standards, contributing to outstanding sales, KPIs, and high-performing teams.

About The Role
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Deliver excellent product placement and create \’wow\’ wearable outfits.
- Maintain strong visual standards with the customer journey as a priority.
- Manage store operations confidently, including service, people, and daily tasks.
- Support the Commercial/Product Manager in empowering the store team to enhance customer experience.
- Utilize commercial tools effectively to drive sales and store performance.
- Take responsibility for store KPIs such as sales, stock management, payroll, conversion rates, customer feedback, and RFID.
- Help ensure store compliance with health & safety standards.
- Support the development of a motivated, engaged, and valued store team.
