What We Are Looking For:
- Drive sales & maximise profit by adhering to company VM guidelines and ensuring product is merchandised correctly.
- Identify creative and visual ideas for the store and be responsible for product placement.
- Conduct daily floor walks to identify areas of opportunity.
- Analyse commercial reports and make decisions, delegating tasks to your team.
- Provide customers with ideas on how to wear our product, keeping up with the latest trends.
- Ensure delivery is prioritised commercially for new lines and replenishment.
- Be able to work on your own initiative and communicate effectively.
- Have good leadership skills and be passionate about delivering a world class experience.
- Experience in analysing reports and making commercial decisions.
- Good understanding of the latest trends and competitors.
- Experience in VM and managing a large team within a high turnover environment.
- Previous experience at Sales Manager Level/Visual Merchandiser Level.
