You’ll be scheduling our ecommerce studio sets and teams, finding new talent for the studio – from hair stylists to photographers – and supporting our Model Booker with castings and bookings. Using your strong organisational and analytical skills, you’ll help keep the studio running smoothly day-to-day and ensure booking processes and admin are kept on top of each week.

- You’ll work with producers and our facilities team to schedule deliveries, set builds, studio maintenance, and creative testing.
- With the support of the Lead Producer, you’ll continue to grow freelance teams by booking trial days and sourcing new talent for the studio.
- You’ll set new talent up with finance and ensure they are briefed on brand guidelines and studio processes from their first booking.
- You’ll code and track ecommerce studio invoices weekly, cross‑checking the schedule against bookings to ensure everything is correct.
- Using forecast product numbers, you’ll open sets to ensure the studio meets business needs and update the senior team weekly on studio output.
- You’ll work with our Model Booker to secure weekly options, juggle model availability, and reshuffle the studio schedule to achieve the best outcome.
- You’ll also support scheduling model castings for potential new RI faces.
Skills
