The Ecommerce Product Enrichment Executive is responsible for ensuring product information within the Product Information Management (PIM) system is accurate, complete, high quality and customer ready. Working closely with Ecommerce, Buying and Studio teams, the role supports the enrichment and maintenance of product data ensuring products are ready to sell and optimised for ecommerce performance.
- Product Enrichment and Cataloguing: Lead the coordination, organisation, and initial categorisation of a wide range of products for our ecommerce store and wholesale partners.
- Sample Coordination: Be the liaison between our buying teams and our studio teams, managing the sample process flow and ensuring accurate representation of products in our online store.
- Product Copywriting: Write persuasive, detailed, and SEO‑friendly product descriptions that accurately depict the product features and benefits. Develop unique selling points and craft compelling calls to action to give potential customers the confidence to purchase.
- Quality Control: Regularly review the product listings to ensure accuracy, appropriate categorisation, and consistency in product copy and imagery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the buying, ecommerce operations and studio teams to ensure product information is up to date, accurate, and aligns with brand guidelines and that products move through our internal process efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Insights: Monitor customer feedback including returns data to understand how our products are being used and perceived and utilise these insights to improve product information and descriptions.
- Ecommerce Trends: Stay current with ecommerce trends, industry standards, and competitor strategies to continually improve product listing visibility and drive sales.
Qualifications: Strong copywriting and editing skills. Knowledge of SEO best practices. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Interest in fashion product presentation. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Understanding of product categorisation and cataloguing best practices. Confident Excel skills.
