We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded Affiliates & Partnership Executive to join our Affiliates and Partnership team.

Reporting to the Affiliates & Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of our affiliate program and the growth of key commercial partnerships across the business.

This is a relationship-first affiliate role where your instinct for spotting commercial opportunity is as valued as your ability to read the data behind it.

You will be responsible supporting with managing partnerships across our affiliate network, turning strong relationships and performance insights into partnerships that drive results.

A key focus for the role will be growing our influencer and content partnerships, with LTK as a priority, alongside platforms such as Stylink, Metapic and Skimlinks.

  • Support the delivery of the affiliate strategy across the channel, in line with wider business objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the affiliate programme, ensuring activity is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Drive the growth of influencer and content partnerships, with a particular focus on LTK, to unlock new opportunities within the channel.
  • Build strong relationships with our affiliate network, partners and influencers to maximise exposure, ROI and stay ahead of new opportunities., Work closely with the Affiliates & Partnerships Manager, supporting the delivery of the affiliate strategy in line with wider business objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the affiliate programme, ensuring activity is delivered on time and in line with the marketing calendar and affiliate budget.
  • Negotiate commercials and exposure with key affiliates to maximise exposure and ROI within budget.
  • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within affiliates and partnerships (inclusive of affiliate networks, influencers, banking partners and inserts in despatches etc).
  • Support the growth of the influencer and content vertical, with a particular focus on LTK, working closely with creators, affiliate networks and internal stakeholders - alongside platforms such as Stylink and Skimlinks to identify, activate and optimise new opportunities.
  • Assist with the onboarding, activation and optimisation of new affiliate partners.
  • Assist the wider paid media team (PPC and Paid Social) with ad-hoc tasks during peak trading periods and key campaign launches.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including CRM, PR, influencer, social, brand and trading teams, to identify opportunities and maximise performance.
  • REPORTING AND ANALYSIS
  • Produce weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to evaluate channel performance.
  • Analyse performance data and identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Affiliates & Partnerships Manager to support forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning.
  • INDUSTRY
  • Keep up to date with affiliate marketing trends, competitor activity and new partnership opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, webinars and network meetings where appropriate.
  • 2+ years' experience within affiliate marketing is essential; experience on the client side would be beneficial.
  • Experience working with affiliate networks and platforms, ideally within retail or fashion.
  • Experience working with influencers and content platforms such as LTK, with an understanding of how to identify, activate and grow creator partnerships.
  • Comfortable reviewing and evaluating content performance (e. g. engagement, conversion) to inform which creators or partnerships to scale.
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in the wider digital marketing landscape, with a well-rounded understanding of, or experience across, channels including paid social, PPC and SEO.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience using web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics.
  • Commercially minded, with strong organisation skills and comfortable working with large budgets.
  • Proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team.
