Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Distribution Merchandising Team.
- Utilise Nextail to accurately allocate stock across all channels—Wholesale, Ecomm, Stores, and Franchise—in line with the distribution plan.
- Collaborate with Core Merchandising counterparts, leveraging knowledge of capacity, option plan, and sales trends to inform allocation decisions.
- Review reporting, including Nextail parameters, to ensure optimal replenishment and initial allocations.
- Monitor key line availability regularly and adjust allocations to meet demand effectively.
- Support promotional, peak, markdown activities, and launch dates with timely and accurate allocations.
- Analyse sales trends and forecast stock requirements accordingly.
- Identify when ad hoc reporting is needed and use these insights to evaluate product performance for trading decisions.
- Conduct store visits and website reviews, fostering partnerships with Wholesale, Ecomm, Franchise, and Core Merchandising teams to build knowledge and develop informed perspectives.
- Prepare and support distribution meetings.
- Work cross-functionally to identify process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance agility.
