Job Description & Responsibilities
We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexibility to suit you. As a Community Carer, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, helping them live independently, stay connected to their community, and enjoy a better quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks to help maintain dignity and independence
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, with sensitivity and respect
- Preparing meals and supporting with medication, ensuring clients’ health and well-being
- Accompanying clients to appointments, shops, and social outings to keep them active and engaged
- Offering companionship and emotional support, making a positive difference every day
What We Offer
- Starting pay: £12.81 - £13.03 per hour
- Plus: Holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions, and mileage at 30p per mile
- 28 days annual leave

Requirements
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential—we provide full training for the right candidates who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn.
- You must be a driver with a valid driving licence, ideally with access to a car, though pool cars are available
- Be able to work every other weekend
- Friendly, trustworthy and caring nature
- Able to work shifts
