The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.
24.5 hours (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 7 hours per day, Thursday morning 3.5 hours)
The main purpose of this role is to contribute to a strong performance culture, delivering consistently excellent results across all areas of housing management.
The postholder will have the knowledge and skills required to provide high-quality front-line housing management services, including:
- Property allocations
- Tenancy management
- Rent arrears management
- Estate and neighbourhood management
These services should be delivered in line with the Association’s policies, procedures, and standards.
To be successful in this role, you should hold an HNC, SVQ, or CIH Level 3 qualification in housing or a related discipline. A full driving licence is also essential.
