River Academy seeks a Teaching Assistant to support students with individual learning needs, SEND and behaviour to engage in learning and progress toward targets. The role covers targeted interventions across Cognition and Learning, Communication and Interaction, and SEHM, with 1:1 and small-group work.
You will log interventions, work with the SEN Team, and contribute to a calm, inclusive and safe school environment within Maiden Erlegh Trust’s framework.
