About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Artworker / Multi-Skilled Operator to deliver high-quality artwork, reprographics, and retouching services. You’ll work as part of a multifunctional studio team, creating technically accurate, print-ready artwork and supporting production across multiple areas to ensure seamless delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and amend artwork in line with studio SOPs and client specifications.
- Deliver print-ready files that meet brand and technical standards.
- Use automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the Production Team Leader in meeting deadlines and client needs.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain workflow and quality during busy periods.
- Uphold high production standards—Right First Time (RFT) and On Time In Full (OTIF).
- Actively contribute to studio process improvements and training initiatives.
- Ensure all work aligns with health and safety, quality, and company standards.
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team.
You’ll bring:
- Strong technical skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- 5+ years’ experience in a studio or print production environment.
