Rivendell Children\’s Home is officially Ofsted-registered and we\’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our growing team.

In this role, you\’ll support up to five young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), creating a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive. You’ll be key to care planning, daily routines, and delivering meaningful support tailored to each individual’s cultural, physical, and emotional needs.

What you\’ll be doing:

• Safeguarding and promoting young people\’s welfare

• Assisting with care planning and key working

• Supporting education, routines and independence

• Promoting a stable, positive home culture

• Acting as a role model and team collaborator

• Participating in rota duties including weekends and sleep shifts

Experience in residential childcare (1 year preferred)

A commitment to inclusion, diversity and the values of openness, reliability and care

GCSE or equivalent education
