Rivan Industries (Rivan.com) is a vertically integrated synthetic fuel company designed to decarbonise industries you can’t electrify. We aim to make synthetic fuel cheaper than fossil fuels and sustain life on earth by keeping the CO2 locked underground.
We’ve recently deployed the UK’s largest synthetic fuel plant and are planning to 1000x this scale in the next 2 years. We now have clear line of sight to producing synthetic fuels cheaper than fossil over the next 5-10 years, becoming the first company in history to achieve this feat.
We’re looking for a Recruitment Operations Lead with the creativity and technicality to build world‑class application generation and processing systems, so we can scale exponentially without compromising talent density.
The role:
Every team member at Rivan is involved in outbound messaging and application processing. As a Recruitment Operations Lead you will:
Talent acquisition and optimisation
- Own the development of our custom-built application generation and processing systems, scaling them to achieve 10’s of hires per month.
- Architect sequences for internal and external recruiters and direct them to run niche searches, across all of our functions - technical and non-technical.
- Optimise our end-to-end talent acquisition touch-points - from initial awareness through to conversion
Operational
- Support logistics, re-location and onboarding of exceptional talent from around the world
- Systematically onboard new team members to the company and to our recruitment function.
Core skills:
- Operational experience building general or recruitment functions in a venture-backed or VC environment.
- Have lots of interesting side projects you tinker on, have written about, or are generally curious to work on.
Specifics:
- £70 - 90k salary depending on experience
- Significant share options as part of the early team
- In-person work at our HQ in Bermondsey, South-East London - flexibility considered based on personal circumstances
- Extensive relocation support, including £6000 per year extra to live close to our HQ
