Rivan Industries (Rivan.com) is a vertically integrated synthetic fuel company designed to decarbonise industries that can’t be electrified. Over the past 2 years, we’ve designed and manufactured a modular synthetic fuel plant consisting of a DAC system, an Alkaline Electrolyser, and a Sabatier Reactor, vertically integrating with off-grid DC solar and the European gas-grid. We’ve recently deployed the UK’s largest synthetic fuel plant and are planning to 1000x this scale in the next 2 years. We now have clear line of sight to producing synthetic fuels cheaper than fossil over the next 5-10 years, becoming the first company in history to achieve this feat.
We’re looking for an Operations Lead (Talent and Partnerships) with the scar-tissue to build a world-class application generation and processing function, so we can meet our exponential manufacturing and deployment targets without compromising talent density. - Architecting and implementing improvements to our custom built funnels and tracking systems.
- Managing complex multi-role hiring searches, managing internal and external recruiter resources.
- Building cross company workflows to integrate our recruitment function with engineering, manufacturing, deployment and finance functions, to drive elite company-wide execution.
- Building communities and events that attract top engineers, operators, investors, politicians and commercial partners.
Core skills:
- Operational experience building general or recruitment functions in a venture-backed environment.
