Rivan Industries is a vertically integrated synthetic fuel company designed to decarbonise industries you can’t electrify. We aim to make synthetic fuel cheaper than fossil fuels and sustain life on earth by keeping the CO2 locked underground. We’re looking for a Head of Brand & Comms to help tell the Rivan story to everyone that will be a part of our future. The key aim is to attract and engage with top talent, customers, investors, and partners (government, industry and others) through an incredible brand and narrative.
This will take the form of storytelling through content (imagery and written content), PR, external partnerships, factory tours, and many other touchpoints. If you really love the architecture of building brands and engaging with people to tell that story, this is for you.
The role:
- Own and execute all content publishing
- Short and long-form written content – focused around all product engineering, manufacturing, and life at Rivan.
- Own all imagery and video.
- All website design and content.
- Publish across our website, social media, and any partners or third-parties.
- Build external media strategy
- Own our PR strategy with external PR firm
- Continually build our own internal media partnerships and connections with publishers
- Build opportunities for interviews, panels, talks, podcasts, and other external media opportunities aligned with our brand narrative
Core skills:
- 3-4+ years professional experience.
- Bachelor’s or Masters in related field (preference to engineering to really get to grips with our product and positioning)
- Experience and aptitude for great quality content & aesthetics, specifically written content
- Experience and first-principles understanding of the steps to build a brand from scratch
