We’re looking for a Founders Associate / Operations role to help accelerate three key areas of the business – financial, recruitment and admin working closely with the founder/CEO of Rivan. The aim for this role is to find someone that has the capacity and learning ability to take on more responsibility over time and become a core member of the Rivan team. The role Operational execution – Simplify and streamline key areas of the business with systems that speed up executionFinancial operations (procurement, buudgeting) – Admin (contracts, leasing, travel, accommodation) – Recruitment (candidate sourcing, execution of plan) Operational design – Organisational efficiency – Strategic expansion opportunities Specifics – £30,000 – £40,000 salary depending on experience – Significant share options as part of the early team – In-person work at our HQ in Bermondsey, South-East London – Flexible time-off
