We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager in an individual contributor role to own the Agentic AI experiences and the underlying AI platform capabilities that power them. You will be responsible for defining how Agentic AI delivers value to our customers across the Pipedrive CRM, shaping experiences that are safe, reliable, and scalable. Additionally, you will build and contribute to the shared platform capabilities that enable product teams to deliver AI-powered experiences consistently and at scale.

The scope of this role spans both customer facing agentic AI capabilities and internal AI platform foundations. You will operate at a platform and systems level, working closely with engineering, applied AI and machine learning, design, security and product teams to ensure that agentic AI delivers meaningful customer value while remaining technically sound and operationally scalable.

This high-impact role reports to the VP of Product and is ideal for a senior product leader who combines strong product thinking and customer centricity with a deep understanding of AI systems and complex platforms.

Your next adventure:

  • Define and own the vision and roadmap for customer experience across Pipedrive CRM, aligned with company strategy, customer needs and market developments.
  • Identify and prioritise high-value use cases where autonomous and semi-autonomous agents improve sales productivity and workflow efficiency.
  • Own the product strategy and requirements for Pipedrive’s Agentic AI experience, enabling the development, deployment and operation of agentic AI capabilities.
  • Define how agents interact with users, CRM data and workflows, including boundaries, controls, escalation paths and human-in-the-loop mechanisms.
  • Ensure agentic behaviour is understandable, predictable and trustworthy through strong guardrails, safety mechanisms and observability.
  • Contribute and partner on core platform capabilities, including agent orchestration and lifecycle management, planning, reasoning and tool use frameworks, and memory, context and state management.
  • Establish clear product interfaces, APIs and platform contracts to enable internal teams and ecosystem partners to build on the AI platform.
  • Translate business, customer and technical needs into clear product requirements and prioritised roadmaps, making principled trade-offs across experience, performance, cost, latency, reliability and safety.
  • Define success metrics for agentic AI capabilities and the AI platform, and continuously evaluate impact using customer feedback, internal insights and usage data.
  • Partner closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to shape technical direction, enable product teams across Pipedrive to adopt the AI platform effectively, and collaborate with legal, security, privacy and compliance to ensure responsible and compliant AI solutions.

Does this sound like you?

  • 5+ years or more years of product management experience, with senior individual contributor or principal level scope.
  • Proven experience owning complex product capabilities and shared platforms.
  • Strong understanding of LLM, agentic systems and modern AI architectures.
  • Experience working closely with AI and machine learning engineers on production systems.
  • Comfort defining APIs, SDKs and platform level product surfaces.
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy and influence across teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent product judgement in ambiguous and fast moving environments.
  • Proven ability to drive product value and deliver strong customer experiences within tech companies, while bringing learnings to uplift and mentor others across the team.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Background in B2B SaaS, ideally within CRM or workflow driven products.
  • Experience shipping customer-facing AI powered features at scale.
  • Experience building or evolving internal AI or developer platforms.
  • Familiarity with privacy, security and data protection considerations in AI systems.
