We believe it takes great people to create a great product. That’s why our team lives our company values, and we hire based on them, too. Since 2010, Pipedrive has been on a mission to support sales and marketing teams with easy‑to‑use, powerful tools that make everyday work faster and easier. Today, our cloud‑based software is trusted by over 100,000 companies and used in 179 countries. We have grown from a five‑person team to a truly international company of over 850+ people, representing more than 50 nationalities, with ten offices distributed across Europe and the US. In 2020, Pipedrive received a majority investment from Vista Equity Partners, a global investment firm that invests exclusively in enterprise software, data and technology‑enabled businesses, making Pipedrive the fifth unicorn from Estonia.

We are looking for a strategic Finance Director to lead financial strategy for our global marketing and international expansion. In this role, you will partner with leadership to optimize our growth investments across our marketing and sales organizations, and ultimately maximize Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) impact. You will act as the primary financial partner to our Go‑To‑Market (GTM) leadership team, including the Sales organization and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – synthesizing commercial velocity and marketing performance into actionable, long‑term strategic plans. As a key member of the FP&A team, you will report to the VP, Strategic Finance and contribute directly to our broader planning processes, day to day decision making and Board reporting.

Your new adventure:

  • Partner directly with the President and CMO to align marketing performance and commercial metrics with long‑term financial goals.
  • Guide the allocation of resources across international markets and customer segments, identifying areas for growth and efficiency.
  • Own the corporate ARR forecast by integrating data from the global sales funnel, partner ecosystems, and marketing attribution models.
  • Leverage AI‑driven predictive modeling and forecasting tools to increase accuracy and surface hidden revenue trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing leadership team to manage the global budget, optimizing for LTV:CAC and driving sustainable Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Evaluate the financial outcomes of new market entries, pricing shifts, and partner‑led distribution strategies to ensure the company meets its Rule of 40 targets.
  • Support the evolution of corporate FP&A processes, including board preparation and long‑range financial planning.

Does this sound like you?

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial or business operations with a strong focus on the B2B SaaS industry, and related go‑to‑market motions.
  • Proven track record of advising effectively with C‑level executives with ability to influence and holding them accountable.
  • Deep understanding of international market operations and expansion, including localized pricing sensitivities and regional variations in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Advanced proficiency in evaluating and explaining SaaS performance drivers, such as churn cohorts, expansion velocity, and payback periods.
  • A forward‑thinking approach to the finance tech stack, with a willingness (and ideally, a track record) of leveraging AI/ML tools to scale predictive modeling, scenario planning, and operational efficiency.
  • A proactive, collaborative leader who prioritizes data accuracy, transparency, and accountability in a fast‑paced environment.
