Riva Money is a venture-backed fintech start-up on a mission to make international B2B payments instant, transparent, and limitless for businesses globally. We’re building a high-impact team from the ground up β€” and you could be a key part of that journey.

We’re looking for a target-driven SDR with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to help us build our top-of-funnel sales pipeline. This is a unique opportunity to join a company at an early stage and grow into a Sales Associate or Account Executive role over time. You will work closely with senior management and help shape our outbound sales activities from day one.

  • Book high-quality meetings for the senior team
  • Manage and update outreach workflows using HubSpot
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refine messaging and outreach strategy
  • Track performance metrics (e.g. meetings booked, conversion rates) and continuously improve

Strong communication skills and fluent English. Self-motivation and comfort working independently in a remote setting. Experience with outbound outreach and CRM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn). Fluency in languages other than English (the more, the merrier).
