About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London Victoria as a Sous Chef. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily operations, maintain the highest culinary standards, and ensure smooth, efficient service. The ideal candidate is a creative leader with strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of kitchen operations, food quality, and safety protocols.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Executive Chef in planning and directing all food preparation and kitchen activities.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Lead kitchen operations in the Executive Chef's absence.
- Supervise the kitchen staff, ensuring proper training and high performance.
