About the Role

As a Chef de Partie at the RIU Plaza London Victoria, your primary responsibility will be to oversee a specific section of the kitchen and ensure the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes are carried out to the highest standards. With 435 rooms, our hotel is located in the vibrant city of London and offers a large breakfast restaurant and a lobby bar.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of the assigned section or shift in the kitchen
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the established recipes and standards
  • Assist in ingredient procurement, inventory management, and quality control
  • Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors when supplies need to be replenished
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, following proper sanitation practices and HACCP guidelines
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and effective teamwork
