Position : Maintenance Technician Department : Maintenance About the Role This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Maintenance Technician . In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the functionality safety and appearance of our hotel facilities. This role requires expertise in a variety of repair and maintenance tasks quick problemsolving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. What Youll Do Conducting regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of electrical mechanical plumbing and HVAC systems. Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any technical issues or repairs in a timely and efficient manner. Performing preventive maintenance tasks adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. Collaborating with other departments to address maintenance needs and contribute to a seamless guest experience. Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities including completed tasks and inventory management.
