As we grow our footprint in London, we are bringing our world‑renowned hospitality to this iconic location. This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London The Westminster as a Maintenance Assistant. In this role, you will be integral in delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting key business functions. You’ll leverage your expertise in maintenance to contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation during this exciting transition period.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, manual handling, heavy lifting, remove floor plates as and when necessary, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs.
- Monitor the RIU App and perform the requested task in a timely and professional manner.
- Carry out PPM works and record it.
- Carry out all Daily, Weekly and Monthly Safety Checks and record it.
- Troubleshoot and repair daily issues.
- HSE Responsibility, carry out all Maintenance H&S checks.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Gross salary: £29,707
- Annual leave: 28 days per year (Including public holidays)
