About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London Victoria as a Luggage Porter. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and efficiently support the daily operation of the front office. You will play a key role in ensuring guests’ satisfaction by assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, handling luggage, and providing assistance and information to guests. Your friendly and professional demeanour will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests and the rest of the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Assisting guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, providing efficient and careful handling
  • Escorting guests to their rooms and explain the hotel’s facilities and services
  • Providing information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options to guests
  • Following emergency procedures and assisting guests in emergency situations as needed
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience
