We are looking for a Lobby Host to join the team at RIU Plaza London The Westminster. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and efficiently supporting the daily operation of the front office, including checking guests in and out, managing luggage, and providing information and assistance to guests.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, delivering a high level of personalized service.
  • Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring careful handling.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain the hotel’s facilities and services.
  • Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
