About The Role: This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London The Westminster as a Front Office Night Supervisor. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the front office department during the night time. You will assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient check-in and check-out procedures, and smooth coordination amongst the front desk team. Your role is essential in maintaining a high level of guests’ satisfaction and upholding the hotel’s standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that guests receive a high level of personalized service.
- Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at all times.
- Handling guests’ enquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitoring the performance of the front desk team, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training as needed.
- Assisting in preparing financial reports related to front office operations, including cash reconciliation and revenue summaries.
- Operating the fire alarm panel confidently when there is a fire alarm. Following the sequence of MUTE-SILENCE-RESET.
- Assisting guests when there is a real evacuation and carrying out the duties shown in the fire card assigned.
