About the Role
F&B Supervisor at RIU Plaza London Victoria, responsible for supporting efficient operations of the restaurant and bar areas, supervising guests, training staff, and maintaining service standards within a 435-room hotel.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate food and beverage service, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
- Support setup and maintenance of buffet stations to keep a visually appealing and well‐stocked presentation.
- Assist in inventory management by maintaining stock levels of F&B items.
- Support the F&B Manager with administrative tasks including daily reports and team briefings.
- Lead the team by example, providing excellent guest experience and anticipating guest requests.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a fast‐paced hotel F&B environment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene (HACCP) and health & safety standards.
- Natural leader capable of motivating, training, and supporting a diverse team on the floor.
