We are looking for a Lobby Host to join the team at RIU Plaza London The Westminster. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and efficiently supporting the daily operation of the front office, including checking guests in and out, managing luggage, and providing information and assistance to guests.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, delivering a high level of personalized service.
