Join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Kitchen Porter. As a Kitchen Porter at RIU Plaza London Victoria, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
What You’ll Do:
- Washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen surfaces, including countertops and food preparation areas.
- Sweeping and mopping the floors of the kitchen to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Collecting and disposing of waste and recycling materials in accordance with established procedures.
- Supporting the kitchen team in basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Assisting with the receiving and storage of deliveries, ensuring proper handling and rotation of stock.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of dishes.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: £12.32
- Annual leave: 28 days per year (Including public holidays).
- 40 hours contract
