About The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London Victoria as a Demi Chef de Partie. This role is a great opportunity for a consolidated Commis Chef who is ready to take the next step in their professional career. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in supporting the kitchen operations, contributing to the success of the team, and developing your culinary expertise.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes in line with kitchen standards.
- Manage and support junior team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and a collaborative work environment.
- Take responsibility for purchase orders, stock rotation, and inventory control to minimize waste and maintain efficiency.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness within the kitchen.

- Hourly Rate: £14.17 per hour
