RIU Hotels & Resorts is expanding its presence in the heart of the UK with our newest addition: RIU Plaza London The Westminster. With 464 rooms, our hotel is located in the vibrant city of London and offers a large restaurant and a lobby bar.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London The Westminster as an Assistant Food & Beverage Attendant. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support the efficient operations of our restaurant and bar areas. As an Assistant F&B Attendant, your role will primarily involve cleaning, clearing tables, and performing back-office tasks to ensure a clean and organized environment for our guests.

What You’ll Do

  • Clean and sanitise tables, chairs, floors and other dining furniture to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Clear tables promptly after guests have finished dining, ensuring efficient turnover for incoming guests.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene practices, adhering to health regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests, assisting with seating, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Support the buffet setup by arranging tables, chairs, and buffet stations as instructed.
  • Refill food and beverage items as needed, ensuring presentation and freshness.

  • Ideally, candidate with at least 1 year of experience in hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage guests in a warm, professional manner.
  • A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
