About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London Victoria as an F&B Supervisor. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to support the efficient operations of our restaurant and bar areas. The hotel has 435 rooms and features a large restaurant and lobby bar. As an F&B Supervisor, your role will involve supervising the restaurant/bar, ensuring customer service and supporting training for junior staff.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coordinate the service of food and beverages, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
- Provide support in the setup and maintenance of buffet stations, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked presentation.
- Assist in inventory management by maintaining stock levels of F&B-related items.
- Support F&B Manager with administrative tasks including daily reports and daily team briefings.
- Lead your team by example, provide a great guest experience by being attentive and anticipating guest requests.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced hotel F&B environment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene (HACCP) and health & safety standards.
- A natural leader who can motivate, train, and support a diverse team, leading by example on the floor.
Compensation & Benefits
- Gross salary: £32,300
- Service charge
