This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London The Westminster as a Lobby Host. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and efficiently support the daily operation of the front office. You will play a key role in ensuring guests’ satisfaction by assisting with check‑in and check‑out procedures, handling luggage, and providing assistance and information to guests. Your friendly and professional demeanour will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests and the rest of the team.
What You’ll Do
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude, providing a high level of personalized service.
- Assisting guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, providing efficient and careful handling.
- Escorting guests to their rooms and explaining the hotel’s facilities and services.
- Providing information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options to guests.
- Arranging transportation, making reservations, and assisting with any other guests’ requests.
