This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London The Westminster as an Assistant Food & Beverage Attendant. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support the efficient operations of our restaurant and bar areas. With 464 rooms, our hotel is located in the vibrant city of London and offers a large restaurant and a lobby bar. As an Assistant F&B Attendant, your role will primarily involve cleaning, clearing tables, and performing back‑office tasks to ensure a clean and organized environment for our guests.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and sanitise tables, chairs, floors and other dining furniture to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Clear tables promptly after guests have finished dining, ensuring efficient turnover for incoming guests.
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices, adhering to health regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests, assisting with seating and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Support the buffet setup by arranging tables, chairs and buffet stations as instructed.
- Refill food and beverage items as needed, ensuring presentation and freshness.
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally, candidate with at least 1 year of experience in hospitality industry.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage guests in a warm, professional manner.
- A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: £12.81
