We have an exciting opportunity for two Store Keepers to join our Stores team at The London Clinic, based at our main site in London (W1G 6BW). We are offering a competitive inclusive salary range of £29,400 – £31,949 per annum.

Job Profile:

As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for checking incoming goods to The London Clinic against delivery notes and purchase orders, booking in deliveries, dealing with suppliers regarding errors or incorrect quantities, and managing supplier returns. You will be responsible for reviewing stock levels, advising the Senior Stores Supervisor of slow-moving stock lines, and processing replenishment orders for departments and deputising for the Senior Stores Supervisor.

  • Job Type: Permanent, Full Time.
  • Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
  • Job Location: 20 Devonshire Place, London, W1G 6BW.
  • Salary: £29,400 – £31,949 per annum.

Key Duties:

  • Responsible for checking incoming goods to the London Clinic against delivery notes and purchase orders, booking in deliveries, dealing with suppliers regarding errors or incorrect quantities and organising supplier returns.
  • Carrying out daily checks of \’par stock levels\’ both in the Stores Department and Clinic departments. Processing replenishment orders as required, picking and delivering.
  • Maintaining adequate stock levels in all locations and ensuring the \’top up\’ sheets are maintained accurately.
  • Making necessary stock adjustments with regard to damaged/time expired items from all departments.
  • Processing stock requests from consultants and outlying departments/services. Ensuring that these are actioned in a timely fashion and charged accordingly.
  • Logging any stock adjustments on the system for future analysis and reporting.

Skills & Experience:

  • Significant experience in a Stores/Purchasing environment; previous healthcare experience desirable.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of stock control and purchasing procedures.
  • Computer literate, including operating purchasing systems and using Excel and Word.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of stores procedures, including Stock Rotation, Stocktaking, Stock Replenishments, Returns.
  • Able to follow instructions accurately and in a timely fashion.
