We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Commercial Relationships to join our Commercial team at The London Clinic, based at our Head Office in central London (NW1 4LJ). We are offering a competitive inclusive salary, starting from £80,000 per annum.

Job Profile:
As the Head of Commercial Relationships, you will develop strategic and tactical commercial relationships with Consultants, Consultant groups, and other external suppliers of healthcare services. You will be responsible for the delivery of new products and propositions, including contract negotiations and agreement of pricing of new services.
- Job Type: Permanent, Full Time.
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday.
- Job Location: 1 Park Square West, NW1 4LJ.
- Salary: Starting from £80,000 per annum.

Key Duties:
- Develop and grow strong strategic working relationships with key Consultants and Consultant Groups as identified and agreed with key stakeholders.
- Work with the Commercial Director to review contracting options available and amend or develop new solutions as the market dictates.
- Lead negotiation of Consultant contracts.
- Work with the Commercial Director, Head of Marketing and wider TLC team to develop strategies to support growth objectives and revenue plans.
- Review, challenge and agree annual growth plans with the Commercial Director and relevant members of the Executive team.
- Develop new commercial partnerships and oversee proposition implementation from a commercial perspective.
Skills & Experience:
- A strong track record of managing complex relationships in the private healthcare sector.
- Knowledgeable across all aspects of the private healthcare markets.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and present solutions at Board level with confidence.
- Experience in developing commercial propositions with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Ability to challenge key stakeholders, yet maintain strong working relationships.
- Experience in developing existing pieces of business, and in leading the development of new business.
