We are seeking a committed and well‑rounded Anaesthetic Practitioner to join our Theatre team. This is a key clinical role where you will deliver skilled support within anaesthetics, ensuring that every patient receives safe and effective care throughout their peri‑operative journey. You will work as part of a supportive and experienced department, contributing to high standards of clinical practice and helping us maintain our strong reputation.
The post holder will plan, implement and evaluate programmes of care, supervise junior colleagues and uphold professional standards across the service. This role suits someone who values traditional theatre practice, strong teamwork and consistently reliable patient care.
What We Are Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Operating Department Practitioner (RODP)
- Recent experience in anaesthetic practice
- Strong knowledge of anaesthetic procedures and safe clinical practice
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively within a team
- Good IT skills and confidence using clinical systems
