Temporary Weekend Receptionist- Nine Elms London – £13.15ph- ongoing  Excitingly we have a fantastic weekend Receptionist position available to start ASAP!  Our client are a global property management company, with offices across the world.  They are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Receptionists/Front of House staff who can provide high end service to their residents and exceptional support with all daily operational responsibilities every weekend. Duties may include:  Welcoming all on site enquiries, visitors and potential residents in a warm and friendly manner ensuring a first impression of customer service.  Deliver all aspects of customer service, including a comprehensive front of house service anticipating and exceeding resident expectations. Support in resident events and activities within the community. Assist with community preparations, including move-in and move-out processses. Develops and maintains local knowledge and information resources relevant to residents needs i.e travel, entertainment and amenities. Respond positively to customer queries and complaints, identifying and undertaking appropriate action in line with the clients procedures. Issue residents parcels and deliveries in a timely manner. Answer all calls and queries professionally. The ideal candidate: Proven Receptionist/Front of House experience. Happy to work every Saturday and Sunday. A strong team player who is approachable and welcoming. Knowledge of how to use Microsoft packages, Word, Excel etc. Enthusiastic and approachable.
