My client is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to support the efficient, safe, and timely handling of goods within a busy warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and check incoming goods
- Accurately pick and prepare items for despatch
- Inspect and verify outgoing goods
- Record all stock movements clearly and accurately
- Inspect and report on goods returned by customers
- Load and unload vehicles and containers
- Move stock to designated storage locations
- Operate warehouse systems and mechanical handling equipment
- Participate in regular stock counts
- Assist with deliveries using company vehicles (if licence held)
- Support sales activities and provide customer service at the Trade Counter
- Review warehouse storage areas and ensure space is used efficiently in line with stock levels
- Full driving licence
- Forklift licence
