Permanent Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Job Title: Stock Laboratory Controller A permanent opening has arisen for a Stock Controller and Facilities to showcase their strong support skills and assistance for the largest independent provider of clinical laboratory diagnostic services in the UK, based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. This is a busy and varied role which will see you as part of the team that aims to deliver on an optimum configuration of Rapid Response Laboratory and Core Laboratory facilities. By reducing facility down time, you will contribute to a robustness of service that will ultimately improve patient pathways. Jobs duties include: Stock and Procurement: Monitoring stock levels, Logging of deliveries on system and ensuring that stock is delivered Responsive Maintenance for Equipment such as Logging equipment faults and repairing equipment Responsible for regular stock checks Looking for lost stock and samples and resolving any issues Asist with the transportation of laboratory samples to different departments Supporting other Facilities from time to time when required. To be considered for this role you must possess: Experience working with stock and Goods In Experience of working in a busy fast paced warehouse Good organisational skills Keyboard and stock control database skills
