My client, a busy student accommodation company requires an efficient temporary skilled labourer to assist with reactive and planned repairs on their student accommodation site.
Job duties can include:
- Assist with repair works on student accommodation site with assistance of the maintenance team
- Carry out basic building repairs (e.g. joinery, groundwork, plaster patching and painting and decorating where necessary)
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Moving furniture and heavy items across the buildings
The perfect candidate will have:
- Proven experience of undertaking repairs and maintenance
