A highly successful student accommodation provider is seeking a confident and proactive Sales Support Executive to represent the business through events, community outreach, and the development of strong relationships. This is a fast paced, hands on role focused on driving bookings, supporting events, and building strong relationships within the student community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support properties across the city to achieve occupancy targets
  • Assist with tours, group bookings, outreach, and conversion activity
  • Follow up leads from events, campaigns, and open days
  • Represent the brand at university events, fairs, and activations
  • Support planning and delivery of onsite events and sales initiatives
  • Build relationships with universities, student groups, and partners
  • Maintain accurate records and lead tracking within HubSpot
  • Support reporting on sales activity and event performance

About You

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or student accommodation
  • Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with people
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently and within a team
  • Flexible approach, including occasional weekend event work
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot is beneficial
