A leading student accommodation provider is seeking a confident and proactive Sales Event Executive to support sales activity across the city. This is a fast paced, hands on role focused on driving bookings, supporting events, and building strong relationships within the student community.
Key Responsibilities
- Support properties across the city to achieve occupancy targets
- Assist with tours, group bookings, outreach, and conversion activity
- Follow up leads from events, campaigns, and open days
- Represent the brand at university events, fairs, and activations
- Support planning and delivery of onsite events and sales initiatives
- Build relationships with universities, student groups, and partners
- Maintain accurate records and lead tracking within HubSpot
- Support reporting on sales activity and event performance
About You
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or student accommodation
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with people
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive and able to work independently and within a team
- Flexible approach, including occasional weekend event work
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot is beneficial
