The Role

As a Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting experienced Temp consultant and ensuring a seamless candidate journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates across a range of business support and commercial roles
  • Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms
  • Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining the CRM system
  • Conducting initial interviews and competency-based assessments
  • Coordinating interviews and providing candidate feedback
  • Supporting consultants with compliance and admin tasks

About You

  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a customer-facing role is advantageous
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using recruitment systems, job boards, and LinkedIn
