We are a leading education recruitment agency looking to expand our SEN division with an experienced Recruitment Consultant based across our Manchester and Liverpool offices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious team committed to making a difference in education. The Role As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for: Managing and growing a warm SEN client base across Greater Manchester and Merseyside Building strong relationships with schools, SEN provisions, and education professionals Sourcing and placing high-quality candidates in temporary and permanent SEN roles Writing job adverts, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews Meeting performance targets and ensuring excellent service delivery What We’re Looking For Proven experience in education or specialist recruitment (SEN preferred) Confident communicator with a passion for making meaningful connections Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Driven, proactive, and resilient with a results-focused attitude A full UK driving licence is highly desirable due to travel between sites What’s in it for You? £45,000 basic salary + uncapped bonus scheme Hybrid work flexibility across Manchester and Liverpool offices 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday day off Ongoing professional development and career progression Friendly, supportive team culture with regular team socials
