Hours: Shift work, 7.15pm – 7.15am, 4 on 4 off
Salary: £25,000 per annum, plus 10% Bonus

Role Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment for residents and staff
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure quality service delivery
- Organise maintenance works and communicate details to residents
- Manage resident parcels and address related queries
- Process invoices to facilitate smooth payments and deliveries
- Communicate effectively with residents, contractors, and team members
- Monitor security, including GDPR compliance, building walks, and access control
- Report incidents and serious issues to management
- Proactively organize daily operations and pay attention to detail
- Organize resident events to foster community engagement
- Conduct health and safety checks regularly

- Complete assigned tasks for smooth operations

- Deliver 5-star customer service to residents

Candidate Profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in front-of-house or customer service roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional presentation and confident demeanor
- Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks
- A team player with a responsible attitude
- Understanding of health and safety principles (desirable)
