Temporary Property Receptionist – Sutton – £13.60ph – 3 month cover.
Monday to Friday weekly pay!
Our global real estate client are looking to hire a full time, temporary Property Receptionist for their luxury apartment site in Sutton. Your main job role will be to provide expert support and service to the residents and become a key team player in providing day-to-day management for the property itself.
Duties :
- Delivering all aspects of customer service including a comprehensive front of house service.
- Anticipating and exceeding resident expectations.
- Respond positively to customer queries and complaints, identifying and undertaking appropriate action.
- Support events and activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships.
- Develop and maintain local knowledge and information resources to resident needs i.e travel, entertainment.
- Carry out sales and leasing activities i.e viewings, following up on enquiries.
- Administration : log maintenance requests, filing, updating the database, produce tenancy agreements.
Requirements :
- Previous customer service / front of house or administration experience.
- Customer focused.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Presentable.
- Helpful, friendly, professional manner.
- IT literate
