VS661\\nProperty Customer Service / Receptionist \\nLocation: Birmingham\\nSalary: £27K + 10% Bonus \\nHours: Week 1 – 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday and Saturday 9am – 6pm, week 2 – 11am – 8pm Tuesday – Friday\\n\\nMy client is an award winning FTSE250 property company and the UK’s largest listed residential landlord, leading the way in the “build to rent” sector!\\nRole Overview\\nThis is a pivotal member of the front of house team, ensuring that Residents receive an excellent service, the building is maintained and managed efficiently to company standards and the team works as one.\\nResponsibilities will include, but are not limited to: \\n• Deliver the company customer service strategy and standards.\\n• Increase resident satisfaction with service delivery\\n• Deliver high-quality resident services \\n• Work closely with company-wide colleagues to ensure excellent customer service\\n• Encourage engagement \\n• Promote the company and build good relationships with external partners.\\n• Carry out services such as meet & greet, reception, parcel handling, inspections, lettings viewings and ad-hoc tasks, ensuring the provision of an excellent front-line service to residents and other customers on the phone, in writing and in person. \\n• To ensure the delivery of high-quality services including front & back of house functions, amenity space management, voids & unit management, tenancy, income management and tenant involvement.\\nDesired Skills & Experience: \\n• Previous experience of working in a face to face customer focused role with strong administrative skills \\n• Ideally you will have worked in the BTR or PBSA sector, my client would also love to meet candidates from the hospitality, travel & tourism, or events industry or any other client facing customer centric role\\n• An awareness of H&S requirements on site and a demonstrable ability to implement H&S when required would be an advantage\\n• Strong experience working at business/private events would be beneficial \\n• Previous experience of working in a team \\n• Strong written and verbal English \\n• Qualifications in property or customer service would be advantageous \\n• A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen with empathy \\n• Well-groomed and professional appearance\\n• Passionate about customer service\\n• Ability to build relationships and work collectively with colleagues\\n• Demonstrable ability to think creatively and embrace new challenges daily\\n• Goal-focused, positive and resilient with the determination to support the company in delivering exceptional outcomes for its residents and communities.\\nIn the first instance please apply by forwarding your CV\\nPlease contact Vicky at our Manchester office on (phone number removed)\\nRitz recruitment – Employment Agency
