Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with re-decorating rooms: Painting, Decorating, Touch ups, Mastic, Grouting, Siliconing.
- Perform general carpentry tasks, such as fixing doors and locks.
- Undertake general maintenance tasks in internal and external areas of the building.
Skills & Attributes:
- Proven experience in Painting & Decorating.
- Experience in maintenance or handyman work, preferably in a residential setting.
- Attention to detail and tidy workmanship.
- Ability to follow all health and safety regulations.
