Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with re-decorating rooms: Painting, Decorating, Touch ups, Mastic, Grouting, Siliconing.
  • Perform general carpentry tasks, such as fixing doors and locks.
  • Undertake general maintenance tasks in internal and external areas of the building.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven experience in Painting & Decorating.
  • Experience in maintenance or handyman work, preferably in a residential setting.
