Temporary Maintenance Technician/Handyman – £14.50ph – Sheffield, S1\\n\\nWeekly Pay – PAYE – Immediate start\\n\\nMonday to Friday – 9:00 – 17:00/8:00 – 16:00\\n\\nWe are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Technician/Handyman for our Luxury Residential Apartment client in Sheffield.\\n\\nThe client are looking for a temporary member of staff whilst they recruit for the position permanently.\\n\\nYour role is to assist in all maintenance related duties which can include:\\n\\nUndertaking reactive Maintenance tasks to high quality standards including basic plumbing, joinery, and carpentry where necessary.\\nSome painting and decorating – mainly snagging.\\nMoving furniture and heavy items across the buildings.\\nPutting out bins\\nGrounds maintenance\\nHealth and safety checks\\nThe perfect candidate will have:\\n\\nProven experience of undertaking repairs and maintenance in a domestic residential environment or as a general builder/residential construction in the following trades: plumber, electrician, or carpenter.\\nWork well as a team or individually.\\nAwareness of Health & Safety requirements.\\nPositive attitude and ability to use initiative.\\nHelpful, friendly with a professional manner.\\nApply now for consideration.\\n\\n(Ritzrecempbus)
