A leading Commercial Recruitment Agency is currently seeking a Strong Resourcer to join their busy, well-established and high-performance team within their city office. The main purpose of the role is to provide resource support (generate candidates) for vacancies they are resourcing for.
Main tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Director on the busy Temps Division.
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates, pre-screening the individuals and procuring their CVs and creating a shortlist of candidates.
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.
- Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates.
- Meeting with candidates, preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable candidates.
- Organising interviews for candidates as requested.
- Working towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates generated which are placed, a value to be billed and business leads generated.
Successful candidates will need to have a minimum of 6 months Recruitment Resourcing experience within a busy environment, fantastic communication skills (written and verbal), a confident telephone manner and lots of drive and enthusiasm.
